Rail Trail Run & Ride Festival

This year’s Rail Trail Run and Ride Festival at Scottsdale, Tasmania will be held on Saturday 13 September and Sunday 14 September 2025 with a number of social events planned prior to and on the Festival weekend, including the Festival Opening on Friday 12 September 2025 at Little Rivers Brewery to collect bibs and registration packs, buy merch and connect with other runners and riders.
A new Teams Challenge has been introduced for both runners and riders this year. So, Lace up or gear up – join the ultimate team challenge this year! Gather your squad of four and run 7km or ride 18km. Compete, conquer, and celebrate together!
We have also reviewed our fee structure this year and reduced most of our event registration fees understanding the current challenging economic times.
TBUG members who are financial (including through Bicycle Network) can use the discount code TBUG2025 to redeem the 20% discount on registration.
Registrations for the 2025 Rail Trail Run and Ride Festival are now open. Early Bird registrations close on 31 August 2025. No registrations will be taken on the day.
